Two Ways to Sell a Spot

Not everyone wants a monthly membership. Give members the option that fits — a punch card they buy once, or unlimited access while their plan is active.

One-time visit packs

Sell a punch card — say 10 visits for $120 — that members buy in a tap from their own booking site. The visits land on their pass the moment they pay and count down as they check in. No subscription required.

  • A set number of visits, bought once
  • Counts down at every check-in
  • Tied to the programs it unlocks

Unlimited memberships

Prefer all-you-can-train? An unlimited membership gives members as many visits as they like while their plan is active — perfect for your regulars who show up several times a week. It's tied to the programs it unlocks, just like a pack.

  • No visit count to run down
  • Access to the programs you choose
  • Great for your most active members

Want visits on a subscription?

You can also top up visits automatically. Build a plan that adds a set number of visits every month or year on renewal — added on top of whatever's left — for an "8 classes a month" style membership. The billing side runs through Fitnito Payments.

See Your Passes at a Glance

Every pass and membership lives on one dashboard — so you always know where your members stand.

Catch Renewals Before They Slip

Your dashboard doesn't just track passes — it tells you who needs attention. See who's new, who's confirmed, and who's running low on visits, so a quick nudge keeps them coming back instead of quietly drifting away.

  • Who's new — spot fresh faces and welcome them in.
  • Who's confirmed — see who's locked in for what's coming up.
  • Who's running low — reach out before their pack runs out.

Passes That Just Work

Set them up once. With Fitnito Payments, members buy online and access follows the money — renewals, visit packs, and season start billing included.

Tied to the programs they unlock

Every pass grants access to the specific classes and programs you choose. A yoga pass opens yoga; an all-access membership opens everything. Members only book what their pass allows.

Visits count down automatically

No tally marks on a paper card. Each time a member checks in, their remaining visits tick down on their pass — so both of you always know exactly how many are left.

Members buy; access unlocks

With Fitnito Payments, members subscribe or buy a pack from the booking site. Paying turns access on; canceling turns it off. Money lands in your bank account through Stripe.

Deferred first membership charge

On a plan, set Billing starts to a fixed calendar date — season start, for example. Everyone bills on that day no matter when they join; card and rate lock at signup, and access unlocks after that first payment. See how payments work.

Need to assign a plan without taking a card? You still can from the member profile — Payments is optional for those cases.

Passes & Memberships FAQ

What's the difference between a visit pack and a membership?

A visit pack is a punch card — a one-time purchase that grants a set number of visits, say 10 visits for $120. The visits count down as members check in, and when they run out the member buys another pack. An unlimited membership gives them as many visits as they like for as long as it's active. Both are tied to the programs they unlock.

Can members buy a punch card themselves?

Yes — when your gym uses Fitnito Payments, a member can buy a visit pack from their own booking site in a tap, and the visits land on their pass the moment they pay. If you'd rather not sell online, you can still grant and track passes manually.

Can I delay the first membership charge until a season start?

Yes. On a membership plan, set Billing starts to a specific first-charge date. Everyone on that plan bills on the same calendar day no matter when they joined; access unlocks after that payment.

Can I assign a plan without taking card payments?

Yes, when you need to. Fitnito Payments is the path most gyms use so members buy online and access follows payment. You can still assign a membership or grant a pack from the member profile if you collect money another way — those show as "Billed outside Fitnito."

Can I top up visits on a subscription?

Yes. Instead of a one-time pack, you can build a plan that adds a set number of visits every month or year on renewal — perfect for an "8 classes a month" style membership. The visits are added automatically on each renewal, on top of whatever's left.

How do I know who's running low on visits?

Your dashboard surfaces member and pass insights — who's new, who's confirmed, and who's running low on visits — so you can nudge them to renew before their pack runs out and their attendance slips.
