Yes. The Starter Plan is free forever: one location, one program, one pass type, up to five staff members and two weekly recurring sessions — plus your own client booking site and the built-in AI assistant. No credit card required.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial with everything unlimited. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged — or stay on and billing starts after day 30.
How do payments from my clients work?
Fitnito Payments runs on Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account, set your own pass prices, and money is deposited directly into your bank account.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no contract, and you can cancel anytime from your billing page.
