We're a small shop in BC, since 2023. Fitnito is Canadian. If you run a gym or studio here, you shouldn't have to rent your booking software from a US company.
Fitnito is made in British Columbia by Wemble Development Corporation. A Canadian shop for independent gyms — the studios and boxes, not the chains. We help you run classes, booking, and passes.
Most of the software independent gyms already pay for is American — Mindbody, Zen Planner, Momence, Gymdesk. Fine if it's working. If you want to keep the money and the relationship closer to home, this is that option. We help you move. We stick around.
What we do
Classes (one-off and recurring), members, passes and memberships, a week grid members can actually book, a site at yourgym.fitnito.com, family and parent booking. Cards go to your own Stripe and your bank. We take a small platform fee.
Documents and waivers are live — paste a policy, and members agree before they buy or book.
Booking reminders: a 24-hour email before class, if you and the member both turn it on.
Membership pause: hold a member without cancelling.

This page is for Canadian gyms. Free to start, then $34.95 a month or $349.95 a year, in Canadian dollars — from the address at checkout. Same numbers, no USD exchange, so you pay less than those amounts in USD. No per-booking fee. If the old platform is doing the job, stay. If you want a local shop that will help you switch, that's us.

We'll help you request a full export and stick around until it works. You should be coaching, not wrestling with admin.
