You pause from the member

Pause membership sits next to Cancel. We'll take them off upcoming classes. Reminders skip them until it ends.

Let them do it themselves

Off until you turn it on in Settings. Then they pause or resume from Memberships — one plan, or everyone they pay for.

Kids they pay for, too

A parent with no plan of their own still gets a household pause card when they pay for kids. Same dates for everyone you include.

Can I pause a membership without cancelling?

Yes, on a paid Fitnito plan. Pause holds booking and skips future invoices without ending the membership — 30 days, a date you pick, or until you resume. They can still sign in and see the schedule. Days already paid are not refunded.

Can members pause themselves?

Yes, if you turn it on. In Settings, under Membership pause, check Let members pause and resume. They pause or resume from Memberships on the booking site — one plan, or everyone they pay for. You can still pause or resume from the gym console.

Is membership pause on the free plan?

No. Pause is Premium — paid plans and the trial. Starter gyms see an upgrade prompt instead of Pause membership.
