Deferred first charge
On a membership plan, set Billing starts to a fixed calendar day — season start, for example. Members lock card and rate at signup; everyone bills on that day, and access unlocks after the first payment. Ideal for youth seasons and terms.
Sell online, access unlocks
Members subscribe or buy a visit pack from their booking site. Paying turns access on; canceling turns it off. No spreadsheet reconciliation between the money and the schedule.
Prefer e-transfer or another billing system for some members? You can still assign a plan by hand ("Billed outside Fitnito") — Fitnito Payments stays optional.
One card for the whole household
Parents link kids as dependents, buy a plan or pack for each child, and pay on one saved card. Your gym still owns every membership — family linking just makes household checkout less painful.

Opt in from Settings
Settings → Payments → allow promotion codes at checkout. Until you flip that on, members never see a code field.
Create codes in Stripe
Coupons and promotion codes live on your connected Stripe account — percent off or amount off, once or forever. Share a code like SIBLING with the right families.
See them on Products
When discount codes are on, Products has a Discount codes tab listing valid coupons and codes from Stripe — so staff know what's live without leaving Fitnito.
