Policies they actually agree to
Paste your terms, cancellation policy, or a waiver. Clients read it and agree before they buy or book. You keep the record — who, for whom, when, which version.
Premium on paid plans and the trial · Not a PDF signer
You write the text. Publish when it should count.
Members sign what’s outstanding — for themselves or a child they manage.
Before they buy
Require agreement at membership so the checkbox shows at checkout. Off until you publish.
Before they book
Require it at booking and they cannot take a first class until they agree.
When the text changes
Save a new version. They see what changed and agree again. Old signatures stay on the old version.
