Does Fitnito email members to remind them to book?
Yes, on a paid plan. You turn on Remind people to book, pick which programs may remind, and members opt in. They get one email 24 hours before a class if they have a pass and have not booked.
Can a parent get reminders for their kids?
Yes. On Notifications, a parent can opt in for each person they manage. Mail about a child goes to the parent, not the child.
Will a drop-in pass trigger reminders for every class it covers?
No. You choose the programs. A pass that also covers drop-in will not remind about drop-in unless you check that program.
